The Kingspan PoweRail RW KSPR-100 is an innovative rooftop solar mounting solution specifically developed for installing solar PV modules on Kingspan QuadCore® KS1000RW Roof Panels. Designed to provide a secure, reliable and weather-resistant fixing method, PoweRail RW enables efficient solar installations whilst maintaining the performance and integrity of the roof system.
Manufactured from high-quality EN AW-6060 T6 aluminium, with A2 stainless steel fixings and PVC foam tape, the KSPR-100 is engineered for long-term durability in demanding rooftop environments. The system has been tested to recognised industry standards for wind-driven rain resistance and uplift resistance, helping to ensure dependable performance throughout the lifetime of the installation.
The PoweRail RW system is certified to MCS 012 product certification scheme requirements for pitched roof solar installation kits and has been tested under FM Approvals Class 4478 for roof-mounted photovoltaic systems. When installed in accordance with Kingspan guidelines, the use of PoweRail RW helps retain the warranty of the QuadCore® KS1000RW roof panel system.
